Cyber Security Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Cyber Security Operations Specialist, you will monitor, analyze, and defend critical digital infrastructure against cyber threats, state-sponsored actors, and network vulnerabilities. You will perform active threat interdiction, incident response, and vulnerability assessments for enterprise and diplomatic assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise digital infrastructure and perimeter networks for security threats.
• Execute active incident response, threat hunting, and breach interdiction protocols.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and system hardening.
• Analyze state-sponsored cyber threat tactics and compile threat intelligence briefings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cyber security, incident response, or SOC operations.
• Proficiency in network protocol analysis, SIEM tools, and intrusion detection systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to perform under high-pressure scenarios.
