Role Overview

We are a leading risk management and consulting firm providing mission-critical continuity and threat mitigation to international organizations and corporate entities. We are expanding our 24/7/365 Global Monitoring Desk in Beirut and are seeking elite analytical minds capable of converting fast-moving raw data into structured intelligence assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Real-Time Data Collation: Monitor and analyze open-source data streams, geofenced tracking networks, and field reports to compile daily morning strategic risk dashboards on schedule.
  • Threat & Incident Monitoring: Maintain continuous situational awareness during your shift to identify, verify, and blast urgent geo-targeted flash alerts regarding localized disruptions, security anomalies, and roadway hazards.
  • Transit Corridor Assessments: Compile tailored route reconnaissance audits and mapping dossiers, identifying potential chokepoints and calculating secure fallback corridors for corporate transport.
  • Client Support: Directly manage secure inbound data queries and risk briefings for designated corporate safety representatives and security teams.

Requirements

  • Linguistic Mastery: Complete, Native-level Arabic and English fluency paired with flawless, professional English & Arabic writing, composition, and speaking skills.
  • Capable of communicating professionally, calmly, and in an articulate manner over the phone during high stress environments.
  • Must possess a deep understanding of hyper-local socio-political contexts and neighborhood-level behavioral nuances.
  • Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Data Analytics, Security Studies, Journalism or related fields (Top-tier universities highly preferred).
  • Technical Literacy: Experience with open-source research methodologies, geospatial mapping platforms (GIS), and encrypted enterprise communication channels.
  • OPSEC Compliance: Finalists must pass a strict screening for absolute political neutrality, clear public social media profiles of polarizing opinions, and sign a comprehensive non-disclosure agreement.
